At Celltrion Healthcare Ireland, we are committed to transparency in our relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, and patient organisations; we commit to sharing information regarding all donations, grants, payments, benefit-in-kind or other supports provided to individuals, institutions or organisations that provide healthcare and/or conduct medical research.
Celltrion endorses and follows the Medicines for Europe and Medicines for Ireland Codes of Conduct which require member companies to publicly disclose all transfers of value that could potentially pose a conflict of interest in order to promote ethical standards and transparency across the pharmaceutical industry.

Celltrion Healthcare has ethics and compliance policies in place that apply to all executives and employees. We seek to resolve potential conflicts between the company and its employees, the company and its partners, and the company and the authorities in an ethical and amicable manner, and fulfil our social responsibilities for compliance, transparency, fairness, and ethical management
Ethics Training- Celltrion Healthcare offers global anticorruption policies and codes of ethics that are available online and conducts regular training courses for its employees to identify and respond to potential risks.

Anyone can anonymously report or inform Celltrion about any compliance concerns. All these concerns will be thoroughly investigated by the company’s Chief Compliance Officer, while the identity of the informer will be strictly protected.
